1. Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VüMe websites, mobile applications, software, platforms, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
These Terms apply to users located in the European Union and the European Economic Area (EU/EEA).

3. Eligibility

  • Advertising and sponsored content
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
6. User Content
6.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of content you submit, upload, or otherwise make available through the Services (“User Content”).
6.2 Licence to VüMe
By providing User Content, you grant VüMe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, use, reproduce, distribute, display, communicate, and promote such content solely in connection with the operation and promotion of the Services.
6.3 Content Standards
You must not upload content that:
  • Is unlawful or misleading
  • Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Is defamatory, abusive, hateful, or harmful
  • Promotes violence, terrorism, or exploitation
We may remove content or restrict access where necessary.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services (excluding User Content) are owned by or licensed to VüMe and protected by applicable laws.
No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
8. Payments & Digital Content
Some Services may require payment.
Where applicable:
  • Prices are displayed before purchase
  • Taxes may apply
  • Digital content may not be refundable once access has begun, except where required by law
Payments may be processed by third-party providers subject to their own terms.
9. Advertising & Sponsored Content
The Services may include advertising or sponsored content.
Sponsored content will be identified where required by law.
Any dealings with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
10. Third-Party Services
The Services may link to or integrate third-party platforms.
VüMe does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, content, or policies. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
11. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you:
  • Breach these Terms
  • Engage in unlawful or harmful conduct
  • Misuse the Services
You may stop using the Services at any time.
12. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable EU or national law.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, they prevail over these Terms.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or suitability of the Services.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, VüMe shall not be liable for:
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business
  • User-generated content or third-party conduct
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under EU law.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections under the laws of your country of residence.
Disputes may be brought before the courts of your habitual residence within the EU.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
