1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VüMe websites, mobile applications, software, platforms, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
6. User Content
6.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of content you submit, upload, stream, or otherwise make available through the Services (“User Content”).
6.2 License to VüMe
By providing User Content, you grant VüMe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, and promote such content in connection with the operation of the Services.
6.3 Content Restrictions
You agree not to post content that:
  • Is illegal, fraudulent, or misleading
  • Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Is defamatory, obscene, abusive, or hateful
  • Promotes violence or exploitation
We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and technology associated with the Services (excluding User Content) are owned by or licensed to VüMe and protected by applicable laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Services without prior written consent.
8. Payments & Transactions
Some features may require payment.
You agree that:
  • All fees are disclosed prior to purchase
  • Payments are final unless otherwise required by law
  • Third-party payment processors may apply their own terms
VüMe is not responsible for errors caused by payment processors.
9. Advertising & Promotions
The Services may display advertisements or sponsored content.
Interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser. VüMe is not responsible for third-party offers or promotions.
10. Third-Party Services
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms.
VüMe does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, services, or policies. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
11. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in unlawful or harmful conduct
  • Misuse the Services
You may stop using the Services at any time.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VüMe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profits.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to VüMe in the prior twelve (12) months.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VüMe and its affiliates from claims arising out of:
  • Your use of the Services
  • Your User Content
  • Your violation of these Terms or applicable law
15. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, unless otherwise required by law.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
